Director of Product

Fuze Technology, Inc. seeks Director of Product in Los Angeles, CA:

Job Duties

• Develop and refine the product’s vision and strategy.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing product initiatives and features based on impact, effort, and business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define feature requirements, prioritize development, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct user research and gather stakeholder feedback to deeply understand user needs and validate product decisions and utilize insights to improve user experience and satisfaction continuously.
• Define, monitor, and analyze metrics to gauge product performance and inform future product decisions.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams,facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
• Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements

1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C, and MySQL;
2. Business analytics;
3. Event tracking flows;
4. Project management utilizing Jira, Pivotal Tracker and Trello;
5. Product roadmap planning and grooming;
6. SQL, PostgreSQL or SOQL;
7. Salesforce;
8. Mixpanel, Amplitude and Segment;
9. UI/UX design;
10. API integration; and
11. Development and launch of mobile applications on iOS andAndroid.

Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
